Full transparency creates a tangible work environment in that all information is presented clearly which benefits multiple decision makers across various leadership positions. Information is valuable and when it is shared as such, then effective decision making can occur, leading to positive outcomes. Ownership is necessary in the classroom, on the sports field, and in the office. Owning your ideas, implementing your style of leadership, and executing daily tasks creates a positive work culture. Full transparency is a valuable principle that should be across all dimensions of leadership. The more we know as a team will help us grow by leaps and bounds. Ownership of protocols and ideas is also important especially when setting new goals in any setting.
