In order to have to have more of an impact on others then one must have a better understanding of themselves. Controlling emotions and reflecting rather than reacting can better develop one’s emotional intelligence.

Listen Authentically.
Listening without bias and being open to being influenced by others helps build emotional intelligence as well as synergy in a team environment.

To raise physical competency levels, the United States Army brought in Andrew FitzGerald to upgrade training modalities at Wentworth Military Academy. Cadets saw an increase in power output, strength, and endurance as they prepared to enter higher levels of military training and combat.
